I’m lazy, or to put it another way - I have more important things to do beside trying to remember to update my system. I’ve been running the new version openSuse 11 for a couple of days now and as I would expect there are a “few” bugs in the system. Mainly in some of the KDE 4 apps, KMail being the most trouble some. all is well until you try to put in a filter, then it crashes.
There are a few other area’s where I have a few problems, just can’t remember them at the moment.
I do like the new features of KDE 4 and compiz, I thought it would be so much eye candy but after using it for a couple of days it ’s nice. Helps a bit with the organization of windows, which for some reason I seem to always have a lot open.
There have been more then a few complains on the suse forums of making KDE 4 the default install, cause of the problems. Which are to be expected even from suse, though it is far better then the troubles installing M$ Vista or upgrading to Vista.
My major problem with KDE 4 is setting up KDevelop 3 to work the way I want it to rofl.
